At the Porsche Online Store, we strive for perfection in every stitch; if your selection does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and Porsche Driver’s Selection packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your customer account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box and include the completed return form along with the official Porsche invoice.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to an authorized UPS service point and retain your drop-off receipt to track the progress of your return to our fulfillment center.
